Primerica review for anyone searching online to learn more information about the company and wanting to know if this is something you wish to pursue. I stumbled upon the Primerica opportunity a while ago and started my usual investigation and research. Please read on because I am going to share with you my findings and I am going to explain to you how it works.

The Company
Primerica was founded in 1977. They are a referral marketing company that sell financial products and services through direct sales, franchising as well as the distribution through their independent associates. Primerica’s headquarters are based in Dultuh, Georgia. Just recently, in April, they spun off from their former parent company named City, through an initial public offering. They are the largest financial services marketing organization with more than 6 million customers in the United States, Spain, Puerto Rico as well as Canada and over 110.000 licensed representatives. Their mission is to always provide 100% term life insurance, financial services and products through their affiliates.

The Opportunity
To get started as a Representative requires a one time payment of $99 and $25 per month for having access to the online back office. As an independent representative, you are offered the following:
- Personal support and advice to set up your home office
- Access to a large network of entrepreneurs that help you grow your business
- 24/7 access to up-to-date legal advice
- Assistance and guidance in other start up phases
- Coaching, mentoring and teaching to gain your licensing exams (is required by law)
- Access to a dedicated Intranet site, exclusive to it’s members
- Documentation on how to recruit and teach new members
The Compensation Plan
Reviewing Primerica reveals that they do not post the compensation plan on their website. I have no idea why that is. The information I am revealing in this paragraph is from third party sources.
How much you earn depends on the ‘rank’ you are at and the type of service you have sold. Their are 4 ‘ranks’
1. Licensed Representative
2. Senior Representative
3. Regional or District Leader
4. Regional Vice President (requires full time)
The percentage of commission increases when you move up in rank. You start of at 25% but once you are a Senior Rep, the rate goes up to 35%. To become a Senior Rep you need to generate 12 sales transactions per month and you are also required to pass the licensing exam, which is required by law. As a Regional or District Leader your percentage of commissions is 50%. In order to reach the management ranks, you will need to reach certain minimum sales targets. These targets vary from $2500 per month to $9000 in 2 months and more. You will also need to recruit at least 3 – 8 (or more of course) people per month and pass additional licensing exams.
EARNING EXAMPLE: Let’s assume you are Senior Representative and one of your new Representatives makes a $1000 sale, he earns $250 (25%) and you earn an override commission based on the difference between what you would have made, if you were the one that made the sale of a $1000 which is $350 (35%). So you earn $100. If you have a District leader above you, he earns $150 ($500-$350)
Let’s continue this Primerica review by questioning ourselves if you can make a serious full time income with this business opportunity? The answer is “yes”, but also “no”. If you are an experienced marketing entrepreneur with a huge list of like minded people who wouldn’t mind teaming up with you to generate extra income then this is something that might just be right up your street. If you are not experienced with (online and offline) marketing, the chances are you may have a hard time generating a full time income.

A TalkFusion review for the serious online marketer. The company TalkFusion has been around for some time now and during my researches for other income streams, I stumbled upon this opportunity and decided to investigate a little further. Please read on for an unbiased review.

The Company
TalkFusion is a MLM company founded in 2009. They are offering a service which allows you to send videos via email to other people. We also call this streaming video email. To make the videos you can just use your own video camera or webcam. When you have created your video, the special TalkFusion software helps you to edit the video and add some funky after effects so that your video looks much more professional and attractive. Once you are done editing you can blast out your video to anyone you wish.
The Product
TalkFusion review reveals a product line consisting of a series of video software, specifically designed for:
Video Email Video Conferencing Social Networking Lead Capture
They offer you a starter package for $250 or the executive package, which costs $750.
The Opportunity Reviewed
Further reviewing TalkFusion, you can either become a customer with them or an independent associate. As an independent associate you are expected to brand, market promote and sell their video software or attract new distributors. Either way you are being paid a commission on each sales transaction.
The compensation plan is a typical binary matrix. This means that as soon as you start marketing you need to attract 2 people, one for the left leg and one for the right leg of the matrix. The compensation plan is based on the average of profits from both sides of your matrix. Your earnings start immediately on the first sale of the video package or a new distributor you recruit.
For each starter package sold, to either a distributor in your downline or a customer, you earn a commission of $25. For each executive package you sell, your commission is $75.
Continuing this TalkFusion review and having studied their business model and compensation plan, I personally wonder whether it would truly be possible to earn a substantial income with this opportunity. Because of the typical MLM structure of the company and the low commissions it pays out, you need to attract thousands of people in your downline to make serious income. And this folks, will take you years or most likely never. With old skool MLM, like this program, it is nearly impossible to earn a 5 figure income each month. Another aspect is marketing training. They do not offer their members any marketing training.
In MLM, 97% of the people fail or quit within 90 days. This is due to lack of training. Private Quarters is the booming new company that will allow you to have high quality linens and comfort-wear for the bed and bath without you having to leave the comfort of your home.
It all started in 1970s by Joyce and Bill Stroud who decided to open a chain of specialty stores known as Stroud’s Linens which was based out of California. This was a difficult and trying time for Jeff because along with the loss of his father and his father’s company, he had also lost his income and had been left with nothing.
Because Jeff was no quitter, he looked at other angles to start his dream all over again. In his pursuit he learned about a company that was bought by Warren Buffet, which turned out to be a direct selling company. Upon further research, Jeff went to the Direct Selling Association and found that there were no companies affiliated with the Direct Selling Company that sold products exclusively for Bed and Bath, thus Private Quarters was born.
